Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern access to and use of Steward, a software service operated by SEG BV. By using Steward, you agree to these terms and any applicable order, pilot, or customer agreement.

Use of Steward

You may use Steward only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with the documentation, access controls, and usage limits provided with the service. You are responsible for users, credentials, connected accounts, and information submitted through your account.

Connected Services

Steward may allow you to connect third-party services such as Google Drive. You are responsible for authorizing those connections and ensuring you have the right to share the connected data with Steward. You may revoke access through Steward or the third-party provider.

Customer Data

You retain ownership of your customer data. You grant Steward the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display customer data to provide and improve the service, operate integrations, secure the platform, and provide support.

Restrictions

You may not misuse Steward, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the platform except where legally permitted, submit unlawful content, or use Steward to violate the rights of others.

Disclaimers

Steward is provided on an as-is and as-available basis unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Steward may provide operational, compliance, and sustainability assistance, but it does not replace professional legal, financial, engineering, or regulatory advice.

Changes and Suspension

We may update the service and these terms from time to time. We may suspend access where needed to protect Steward, customers, users, or third-party services.
